BIM Modeler – ALEMCO (Abu Dhabi)

ALEMCO (part of ALEC Group) is recruiting an experienced BIM Modeler to join their MEP and data centre delivery teams in Abu Dhabi. Known for delivering specialist electromechanical solutions across high-profile developments, ALEMCO seeks BIM professionals who can produce construction-ready MEP models, support coordination workflows and contribute to mission-critical projects like data centres and large-scale developments.
Role Overview
The BIM Modeler will develop and manage MEP models up to LOD 350–LOD 500, support clash detection processes, prepare shop drawings, and assist in model-based quantity take-offs. The position is ideal for candidates with hands-on Gulf experience with leading contractors who understand local site conditions, procurement cycles, and project delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit that are accurate, coordinated and constructible.
- Perform clash detection and model review in Navisworks and follow up on coordination feedback.
- Produce shop drawings and support site teams with model updates and fabrication details.
- Generate model-based quantity take-offs and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Support BIM coordinators and project managers in implementing standardized BIM workflows and ensuring model integrity throughout project phases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of Gulf experience with MEP contractors preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP) and Navisworks for coordination.
- Experience producing models at LOD350–LOD500 and preparing shop drawings.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Data centre project experience is a strong advantage.
